NLP is based upon the incredible methods of three top therapist. Virginia Satir, Fritz Perls and Milton Erickson. The Magic of these therapists was distilled and from there NLP was born. Your child’s self esteem will be built in part by having the tools to overcome faulty thinking. When faulty thinking is recognized they will learn to use a set of questions to assist them in developing correct thinking. These questions are called meta model questions. This will assist you and your children in becoming more effective in situations that would have been difficult. So an additional benefit is stress reduction. Another important skill taught in this book is rapport. Your children will learn to develop better relationships with people.
